In 2008 Stonebridge Village Homes was formed by Richard Batt and a team of exceptional home building professions bringing knowledge and experience from several local builders . STONEBRIDGE CREEK
Their fourth community development, Stonebridge Creek, consists of 450 single-family home sites in historic Avon, Ohio. Today, this master planned community includes many family-focused amenities such as picnic areas, children's playgrounds, gathering parks and an Olympic-sized swimming pool with clubhouse. ASTOR PLACE
Following the success of Stonebridge Creek, the company developed Astor Place, in Rocky River. CARMEL
In 2006, Carmel at Stonebridge was introduced as a resort-style, maintenance free community. The recreation center at Carmel has been designed as an elegant private club. The club includes a fitness facility furnished with state of the art Cybex fitness equipment, aerobic room, locker rooms with private massage rooms, a sports bar with flat screen TVs', game room, and a beautiful outdoor pool and lounging area. The facility is open to residents for gatherings as well.
